Thunder clap is the greatest of the electrical spells. It works in
the same manner as shocking grasp and lightning bolt, but in addition
to conjuring an electrical charge on the target it conjures opposite
charges in a shell of air all around him. When the charges reach a
critical threshold the anelectrical nature of the air breaks down and
lightning courses through the victim. In addition to a tremendous
amount of electrical damage, the victim may also be stunned and deafened
by the accompanying pressure wave.
