This spell is a more powerful version of chill touch. It works like
chill touch but can be used upon several targets. The caster uses
the power of air and water to draw fire away from his own hands and
then physically touches his victims. This touch draws fire away
from the victims and into the caster, which will harm the target and
weaken him. Because the spell affects a victim's fire, targets with
an extremely low amount of such element will not be harmed by it.
