This spell causes a thick fog to form in the room, making fighting very
difficult. All fighting in the room (mobs and pc's alike) will suffer a
penalty to hit. This spell is NOT cumulative with blindness, and anything
that is blind will (obviously) not be affected by the fog - they have
other problems.
