This spell creates a bond between the caster, his followers, and a
minor daespawn from one of the elemental planes of fire. When the
caster is hurt by normal fire (including heat from lava, being in a
burning building, etc), half the heat is absorbed by the elemental.
This feeds the elemental, so they are quite agreeable to being part
of such a bond.
