When a Dream Raider goes into a dream raid, he immerses into such a deep
trance that he is beyond this realm. In order to be able to deliver an
urgent message to the Raider, Tari Niti enlisted wizard Ramonz's help and
together they came up with 'dream talk.' This spell will project the
caster's mental image into the dreams of the target and deliver the message.

Because of the delicate nature of matters this spell works with, it
naturally requires a lot of mana to operate - the realm of dreams is not
the one to be tackled lightly.
