While mages will tell you that firewind is the most powerful of
the fire spells, the magical duel between archdruid Neblis of
the Neap Tides and respected magister Krelnack the White conclusively
demonstrated that in the right conditions, the druid's 'dawnfire'
is in fact even greater.

With this incantation, the grandest druids call down the very
fire of the sun on their foes! Of course, for this to work the
sun must be visible. Also, as the spell's name implies, it only works
during the dawn, that is, the period when the sun is just above the
horizon.
