Many famous warriors have their own unique battle cries. These mighty
yells lend heart to their fellows while striking fear into their foes.
Once a warrior's fame is such that it would be recognized, he may adopt
such a cry.

A warrior utters his cry by saying

> warcry ARRRGHHHH!!

(If his personal cry happens to be "ARRRGHHHH!!"). With each victory it
introduces, a warcry gains fame and power. (Although there have to be
surviving witnesses, other than you, for this to happen.) If you change
your cry, you'll have to start this process over. Therefore to prevent
accidental changes, you must type 'warcry reset' before you can switch
to a different cry.

If you need a reminder of the exact text of your warcry or its current
degree of recognition in the lands, just type "warcry" with no argument.

The appropriate time to utter a war cry is just before battle is joined.
Other people in your group then also issue the same cry, again with the
warcry command. The more people who warcry, the more effective it is.
However, they can't just be hollering at random intervals from now until,
in order for the cries to have the desired effect they must be given in
reasonably quick succession.

Only after giving the cry do you charge into battle. At this point
everybody who participated gains various morale benefits for the duration
of the battle. The degree of these gains depends on both the fame
of your cry and the number of people who participated. The benefits may
include extra hit points, extra damage, resistance to magic, or other
things.

You must always be the one to initiate your cry.

Even if you have your own cry, you can still participate in other warriors'
cries. Also, be aware that cries with obscenity in them may offend the
gods, who have been known to erase such from the public memory (which
destroys any fame those cries may have gained).

The position of warrior in your class order will have a direct effect
on how easy, or hard it is to achieve the different tiers of power for
each warcry. A warrior prime will achieve tier one much quicker then
a warrior oct!
