This skill represents general ability to find trails and follow tracks.
With a successful track check, movement costs are reduced by half in an
area with which you are familiar. (You can tell if you are sufficiently
familiar with the area you're currently in by checking 'score' and
seeing if it says "You have completely explored this area.")

If you are leading a group, the movement bonus also applies to all
followers (except for the fellow on point - he's on his own.)

In addition, the "track" command (which uses this skill) can find
directions to a target who is sufficiently close.
