In dire circumstances, sometimes a fighter must act immediately and can't
afford time to catch his breath. With a mighty surge of will, the puissant
warrior can sometimes shake off the exhaustion that fogs his brain and
keeps him from moving with alacrity. The Second Wind skill represents
the epitome of achievement in that area.

If you find that you can't act because you have been bashed, or just are
winded from struggling with webs, or otherwise are suffering from exhaustion
inflicted on you by some external agency, then you simply type '@@' to make
an attempt to overcome the effects. Unlike most commands in Sloth MUD, the
@@ doesn't need to be on its own line, it can even be in the middle of another
command like "cast 'wo@rd of recall'.

This drains your long-term reserves to gain a short-term boost; the skill
costs 40 moves (but only 20 for avatars).
