This avatar skills prepares a monk for attack. The monk will have up to
two combat rounds to preempt an aggressive attack from a monster. This is
the improved version of the monk skill presage. Eventually, intelligent
or even semi-intelligent monsters will figure out how to thwart a monk's
prediction skill. They would still be affected by the skill from a
different monk, however.
