When an item has been in storage for more that the allotted time, it is
placed in the unclaimed bin. Once in this bin, any character is capable of
claiming it simply by paying the storage and handling fee. Therefore, the
shipper should pay close attention to the items he has shipped and reclaim
them before they go unclaimed. Due to the cost of storage, the postmaster
will only keep unclaimed items for a certain length of time. If no one
claims an item, it will be disposed of to make room for other items.

Syntax:
To claim an item:
claim <item name>

To see the unclaimed items:
