Commands for the shops - very useful too!

There are two special tricks for use with buy. If a shop
has six different swords in its inventory and you want the
fourth one, then

buy 4.sword

If a shop sells scrolls of recall and you want to buy five
of them without typing buy five times, then

buy 5 recall

If a player is low enough level, a shopkeeper will tell them
about certain items.
