Once a thriving community of Celts, the greed and selfishness of the local Magistrate, Sir Galden, and his staff, caused the shire to revolt against the ruler. Sir Galden and his entire staff were slain, and his fortress was left to decay. While some creatures have made homes of the woodlands, and mountain in the surrounding area, only the spirits, ghosts, and other undead beings inhabit the remnants of the stronghold left behind.
