Bordering the River Lethe and the Great Black Sea is a plane of freezing winds and endless snowdrifts called Stygia. Tall spires of black rock erupts from the clouds of snow and ice that obscure the vision and nip at the exposed flesh in every direction. Stygia is a great wilderness bordering the wastes of Caina, sending its howling winds over the ranges to Maladomini to aid in the crumbling of its memories. Great icebergs bob up and down in the dark waters, glowing from within with strange, eerie essences that shine out into the dark, frozen skies. Ghostly visions of great beasts move through the black depths, disappearing as quickly as they appear, sallowing all lesser things that dare to make contact with the surface of the Lethe and its tributaries.
