Inns are places where the weary traveler may rest while the innkeeper
looks after his equipment and treasure.  Specifically, you may use
inns to store your character and gathered equipment while you are not
playing the game.

Each continent has at least one inn, typically if you are in a town,
hunting innkeeper will take you to the inn.

Several things to remember.

1) You will be charged a one off fee for renting.
2) a storage fee will also be charged for any unworn items the next
   time you enter the game.
3) If you can't afford to pay the storage fee, the innkeeper will take
  valuable items from you until you can reimburse him the charge. 
4) To reimburse the innkeeper, acquire the requisite sum and 
   [[Receive|receive]] your items back.

Assuming the point of origin is gateable, certain innkeepers on the 
same continent can be gated to via the [[Spell:Gate|Gate]] spell.  On certain days, 
when [[Time Extras#Fargate|the manipulation of raw magic is very strong]], innkeepers on
other continents can be gated to as well.
